I have used First Floors -Carpet One for the past 20 years. The customer service is 5 stars, and the selection is fantastic. I like it because they don't charge you money to take samples home to see if it go with your decor. I will definitely always use them! Ask for Melanie, she has great ideas, and taste.

I had such a phenomenal experience. Rick was amazing I had such a mess of a floor. They did such a great job of redoing our hardwood floors that was ruined by two years of polish buildup and then Dalworth came in to remove polish and ended up destroying the polyurethane finish in various areas of the floor. This was after I paid thousands of dollars! I did not believe or trust anyone after that, but Rick really took the time with me and had the finisher come in and speak with me as well. Melanie Locke is truly amazing! She works so hard to get everything just right. Last year I had hardwoods put in the living room, kitchen and hall and 1 bedroom carpeted. I loved working with such a knowledgeable and caring person.
