First Floors did a carpet replacement on quick notice at a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the timeliness, the product value and the installation. I would go back to them again for flooring.
Thank you to First Floors Carpet One. We used First Floors awhile back for a wood floor install and are currently in the process to have another install completed. Melanie is the best at what she does and has provided us with awesome customer service. Make sure to ask for her.
My customer service person was friendly. However, she was completely unreliable. She couldn't remember what time she had set to measure the floor. she told me the wrong date for the carpet installation. She also would not give me a time for the install. This resulted in the installer coming to the house when no one was home! In addition, I had to call her several times to reach her because she would never return my phone calls!
We had the tile replaced in our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The job was done quickly with expertise. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the job that was done. I will highly recommended First Floors to my friends and family. Also, I would like to thank Jamie and Summer for handling our job from beginning to end. They showed us excellent customer service while being kind and friendly. Again, I am so happy we chose First floors to do this job. We are truly happy customers :)
Great service all around. The installers were very neat and organized. Kay at Carpet One was very helpful and available with any questions.

Jamie Brooks has been instrumental in helping us pick out flooring and other selections for our new home build! She is a good listener and encourages us to make sure that we pick what WE want, not what she wants. She has made herself available on multiple occasions to answer questions we have. We would recommend anyone looking for flooring to go to First Floors Carpet One and definitely ask for Jamie!
