I came by today due to a bad case of swimmers ear. The staff at First Choice were very attentive, caring, and let me walk on in for an ear exam. They solved the problem, and got me on my way in only 30 minutes. Being new to the area, this so much better than waiting for two weeks to see an ENT. I would highly recommend First Choice at NRH.

First Choice ER was very efficient in getting me processed. The doctor came in to see me before I even finished all the paperwork! Everyone there was very friendly and caring. This place will always be my first choice for emergency care!

They got me in quick and out in two hours. Great staff.
I decided to try First Choice and I am glad I did. I went by the other morning and was very impressed. When I was taken back the doctor followed me in the room so I was seen immediately, no wait time . Granted I was the only one there at the time but still. The whole visit was done before paperwork was completed. Everyone there was very nice and kept me at ease. I have had a couple of follow-ups there since and continue to be pleased. I will definitely recommend this to others.

By locating our ERs in neighborhoods we get care closer to our patients and distribute the patient volume across our locations. The result is shorter drives to a facility, near instant access to a board-certified physician, not to mention more quality time with the physician. In a hospital you wait and the doctor may see you for 15 minutes.
I had a great experience! Quick, friendly and very comfortable environment. Every member of the staff was fabulous. I felt that they listened to what I had to say and took very good care of my wound.
