I will never go there again. My daughter suffers from chronic migraines & Dr Howell Davis refused to treat her for pain. He said she had no indication that she was in pain because her blood pressure was not high. People with chronic pain learn to cope & there bodies over compensate & adjust to the pain. She also has a life threatening metabolic disorder that can cause acidosis & he did not want to give any fluids even though she was vomiting for 2 days. I went in to see the doctor after a mild car accident and they treated me with the utmost respect got me and got my CT scan done wrote my prescriptions and sent me on my way there very professional I highly recommend they may be expensive but to me it's better than sitting eight hours in an emergency room
Went With my daughter awhile back. They were extremely helpful and the staff is really kind. Very short wait time also.
A two hour visit for mild chest pain. Blood test, xray and ekg......$10,000. Line item just for walking in the door? $6237.00! Unless you are in process of actively dying, stay away from these stand-alone ERs There is very little information available (purposely, I suspect) to distinguish this facility from a clinic such as Care Now. There have been numerous reports of stand alone ERs billing people $1000 or more for treatment of a simple cold or sinus infection. NO EMPATHY, NO CONSIDERATION, NO GOOD BED-SIDE MANNER!! I left this place in tears and I will NEVER return! I've never felt so ATTACKED and talked down to in my entire life! I was cornered by the on-call doctor registered nurse, both telling me how foolish I am for falling victim to the "system". As though I'm supposed to know how the system works. Hey, everyone, I would just like to warn you to stay away from these people. I entered First Choice Emergency Room to have an x-ray taken of an injured shoulder. The practicing physician, Dr. Elliott Cohen, informed me that if I had broken, dislocated, or separated my shoulder, he would be forced to send me to an emergency room for treatment. Please, take note of that previous sentence, as it is the reason for the complaint. Luckily, my shoulder was merely sprained. Dr. Cohen did NOT administer treatment. Several months late... read more
