I was very impressed with my visit at First Choice. Clean rooms, courteous staff and quick attention. I was in and out so fast. It was nothing like the dreadful hospital ER experiences where you camp out there for hours on end.
I have used this facility twice, once for high blood pressure and chest pain, and the other for my lifetime problem, a migraine. They are wonderful! They are so accommodating! They are so caring and personable! I just wish they had been here a long time ago!
This place is awesome! Took our baby girl here. Was in and out in the amount of time it would normally take to just sign into the hospital ER. Was really clean without the overly toxic smell of industrial cleaners. The rooms were very kid friendly with quality paintings all over the wall and a TV with again kid friendly remote. My experience was great! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I'll definitely go back if needed.
The staff was wonderful, I just feel like my issue wasn't solved. It was honestly a waste of money for me to go. Al in all, the staff was great.

I had an upper respiratory infection on a Sunday when everything was closed. Luckily they were open! There was hardly any wait and I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half. The whole staff was very nice and helpful! The ER itself was clean and very inviting! I will definitely be coming back here!

I came in because i got my finger caught between an apartment door and after having taken an X-Ray they discovered a small fracture. The facility was extremely clean and Dr. Richards was extremely kind and helpful, however, I felt that the nurse staff could have been a little more helpful and sympathetic to my condition and state at the time. I also felt that the nurse staff were taking their time knowing that I was in pain and also because there were not very many patients at the time that I came in....
