This E.R. was clean and fast. I came in and was seen immediately. The staff was very kind and responded to what I needed fast. They were super sweet to my son who was not wanting to be there on his birthday but had to because his mommy was super sick. They let him play in the waiting room and gave him stickers and snacks,all while giving me excellent care. If I ever have to go back to the ER I would go to this location,and I highly recommend it over a hospital ER,all the perks of all hospital ER,but with much faster results.

Was feeling bad, coughing so hard my ribs hurt bad, difficulty breathing. Went in, facility very clean, nice at front counter, nurse was not kind at all. I seem to not say anything that she did not approve of and very condescending. Nurse said doctor would be in to see me. Doctor never showed up, nurse said you can leave now and finish your paperwork up front, they have your release papers and prescriptions. I had to ask the front desk what it was I was diagnosed with. We had to take my daughter in last week because she had severe ear pain. We were hesitant at first to come here since we have never been to anything other than her regular doctor or the ER at a major hospital. We were greeted with a very friendly face and the place was very nice and clean. We were called back within minutes of finishing our paperwork and a nurse took her vitals and was also very friendly. Although no trip to the ER is pleasant by nature, First Choice Emergency Room made it a comfortable and quick experience. The staff was attentive and friendly. Also, the facilities are very new and nice!

This place is awesome. They get you in and out and will explain everything to you thoroughly. Vince and Kathy were great in taking care of me while waiting on Dr. Adeyemo. Even Sarah at the front desk was great while checking out keeping my kids happy by offering them stickers and suckers.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone that I know. The quality of service that I received there was excellent. The staff was very professional and answered all the questions that I had and they were constantly checking on me and asked if I needed anything. The visit was not as long as I had anticipated. For my first visit it went very well.

After losing a fight with a hedge trimmer, FCER got me in almost immediately, and patched up post haste. And no lectures about being more careful with power tools. David at the front desk showed my his scar from his tangle with a bench grinder.
