I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor so I decided to go to FCER after work yesterday. I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness or the facilities and the quick turnaround. I was seen by a tech, a nurse and a doctor and they all really seemed to care about how I was feeling. I was also given informative discharge information and instructions on what to do if I was not feeling better in 24-48 hours. Nobody wants to go to the ER, but this was a great experience.

I came in early on a Sunday morning to be greeted by friendly and knowledgable staff. I was seen right away and treated for my flu like virus. Today I am feeling much better and am grateful for the care I received here.

The care my parents received was amazing! My mother could not believe how quick she was seen! She said that everyone went out of their way to help them. A great place!
My son had to be taken to First Choice and they were very professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them when an emergency strikes. It is very nice to have a place like this so close to home. Thank you!

Had been up all night vomiting violently and was very dehydrated, walked right in and was tended to immediately. Vitals taken, blood work done IV started and medicine administered. Was out of there in less than 2 hours. The staff was excellent, friendly and courteous! Wait time was minimal and not a lot of paperwork to fill in.

This was my first-ever gallbladder attack...I was in so much pain I thought it was MY HEART?! The medical professionals here were fast yet answered all my questions. Sent me home with a diagnosis (after a CT scan) with my report/disc images in my hand. My scripts were filled with ease at the HEB across the street. I am a huge fan of the staff/dr/location/cleanliness of First Choice!
