My boyfriend got into a motorcycle accident and we went in to this clinic and they were able to let him know what was wrong with him. They first made sure he was in a somewhat comfortable state. They gave him pain medication to help with lower the pain level and now we know thats is wrong after they explained in detail in a way we who are not in the medical field can understand. Over all they were amazing and fast.

Excellent and quick service. I was seen promptly and was treated for my emergency.
I used to be skeptical about urgent care facilities, but FCER changed my whole perspective! The staff was extremely nice and made me feel right at home. They explained my treatment to me with great detail and provided me with detail notes of the tests they had run. I honestly see no point in returning to a large ER. I absolutely loved my experience.

The facility is very clean and the staff was very courteous. The doctor confirmed my suspicious of strep throat and I chose to get a shot for treatment. The next day I had no more fever and within 4 days no more pain. Just think it was pricey, had to pay $257 after $100 copay.

Went take my husband when he got hurt and had to hve stitches in his lip was very satisfied wit the service their they took him in and fixe it , he john Schmidt went in on 4-23-2015 in the evenig about 4:30 pm they did a vey good job and my husband was satisfied .. If ya need to go to a ER go there , also didn't have to wait long . thanks to the Dr. And the staff for taking care of him ... TThanks Mrs Schmidt...
This was my first visit to FCER after being in a fender bender that afternoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick, professional, and efficient. I would recommend FCER for any ER related issues, and will most definitely use their services again. Hopefully not to near in the future though!! :)

Since opening, this is our second trip to First Choice ER on Jones. The staff was courteous and prompt. I was in a room and speaking with a doctor within 4 minutes of walking in the door. The facility was remarkably clean, the diagnosis was quick and correct, and the treatment plan was clearly communicated. My visit required a consult with an orthopedic surgeon. Though there was no one in-house, I was provided information for 3-4 in the area, one of which performed my surgery two days later. I will not hesitate to visit them... read more
