Thankful for the quality care received here. I was seen right away and staff and physicians were very attentive. The physician himself called afterwards to check in and make sure my health was improving.
Totally awesome place. The dr. Himself contacted a hand surgeon for my son to been seen the next day. I def go there again but hope to not have to.
We just visited this ER this evening for the first time and we had the best service. The gentleman at the front desk, David, was super friendly and so nice to my two sons, which are 4 and 6. My husband was taken back to the exam room within minutes of our arrival so my sons and I stayed in the waiting room. David gave them suckers, which he asked me first before they saw them which was so thoughtful, and even went out of his way to find them coloring books and crayons for them to play with. The service I got at First Choice was good. However, I was there maybe 30 minutes and only had a Flu test and my insurance company was billed over $1500 which due to my deductible I owe over $770. There are plenty of other places that don't over charge. Will never return to this clinic again.

This was my first time going here and I had a great experience, very clean and pretty building inside and out and they treated me and my mother very nicely specially the front receptionist named Kimberly she was a sweetheart. I would go back if I needed to.
I took my son to First Choice and he received the best care. The staff was great. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell they truly care. I would highly recommend First Choice. Thank you for taking such great care if my son.
I would highly recommend this ER! I was in a lot pain and came in a crying hot mess, expecting to have to wait to see someone, but NO! They brought me back immediately. The nurses and doctor were very attentive and listened to my concerns. I was in and out in no time. They really made me feel like a person not a number.
