He arrived about an hour after our first phone conversation. That was great !! He was very courteous and honest. There were no surprises. He recommended some additional parts replacement which made sense. Overall, a very good experience. I'll definitely hire them again and recommend to others. The price was fair given how quickly he arrived and fixed and serviced everything.

This is an excellent company for garage repair. The worker was here promptly, diagnosed the situation, fully explained it to me, made the repair and showed me the damaged parts all at a fair price. The worker was also extremely respectful and professional. Would definitely call them again!

Tony gave me more than one option for my repair, and then completed it within minutes. They know the products ( and their limitations ) and are extraordinarily pleasant to work with.
Doing business with First Call Garage Doors was great! I called after the garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to send someone out in an hour. Tony was very courteous and super nice and knowledgeable. We talked about what needed to be done, agreed on a price and he was finished in less than an hour. Excellent customer service at what I think was a great price. I would definitely recommend using First Call Garage Doors.
Very polite & professional. Very knowledgeable. New garage door opener installed back in May by another company was not installed correctly. Tony the technician quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem. Both garage doors required work & sound better than they did when the other company did the install back in May.
Michael was on time and very polite, also knowledgeable of what was needed to repair my garage door. I will definitely use him again. After he finished my job my neighbor called him over to assist with his garage door. Michael is great!
