I put a request in on Monday night, at 10PM. Within one minute, Michael, our installer called me to discuss what the issues were with our garage. After explaining to him what I thought it could be, we set up an appointment for the next day, Tuesday to see what could be done. Michael was very nice and did not try to upsell my husband anything. He even gave us a cheaper option, which my husband declined. In all, we are very happy with the work he did and would recommend him to friends and family, if the need ever arises.

This company arrived on time. They did not call 30 minutes ahead of time like they said. But it's okay...luckily I was home. Had a little misunderstanding about the price quoted for the work performed but that was resolved with a phone call.
