Michael was very courteous and professional. Not only did he fix the broken spring within hours of my call, he took the time to show me that the bearings on the wheels were about worn out and was a contributing factor to the spring breaking. And he checked out my opener for me! I highly recommend his company.

The service tech came out the first thing the next morning after I called the night before. He explained the issues with the garage door, so I understood what "should" be done to resolve the problem. I agreed and he completed the work to my satisfaction.
