Michael was quick to respond to our call for service, came out on a Sunday at no extra charge and braced our garage door until he was able to replace the door the next day. We were not only impressed with Michael's knowledge and follow-up but really appreciate his sincerity and concern for our safety. Called back in quick time. Came out on time. Needed to get a new garage door which was done the same day. Explained problems with Door and motor for opener. Fixed everything and removed old garage door in a timely fashion. Would hire again and highly reccomend First Call Garage Doors.

It was an excellent experience. The repairman showed up promptly at the designated time. He thoroughly explained the problem to me and offered options. I didn't feel any pressure. The job was completed in a timely fashion. I was amazed at the quality of the work. I think that matters the most.... I am very happy with my new garage door...
