Excellent response, Diagnosed the problem and repaired the door opener. I would recommend them for Genie door opener problem. Others have not been able to correct the problem.
Prompt and courteous. Very helpful with garage door opener information on installation and operations. Cleaned up nicely when job completed.
I paid $220 to replace wheels on garage door that had nothing to do with the problem I was having. Had same problem later that day and had to call them back and he didn't show for appt. he said I was supposed to call him back. They did come back a couple days later and fixed the problem.

First Call Garage doors was first to respond to my service request. They also followed up by email with their contact information and appointment conformation once we arrange service. Quality if work was excellent. This was not an emergency situation but the work was done on Saturday, within 24 hours of the request, at fair rate. Micheal even took the time to program our car's in-car garage door opener.
Installed about a week ago. They did a great job. Especially Michael was excellent in customer service & I'm very happy. Strongly recommended.
