They arrived on time and assessed the issue. They presented multiple options and a recommendation. The work was done promptly and professionally. Our remote wasn't working and they were kind enough to give us two used openers that they had at their warehouse. I'd definitely use them again as well as recommend to friends.
Fast, prompt, fair price
The tech's name was Victor and he is very knowledgeable. He gave me two options and explained what the implications would be to take either of them. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and left their company's card and details should I need them in the future. It was a pleasant experience hiring them.

In addition to the requested spring replacement, he adjusted the mounting and tuned up the movement taking out a hesitation in the door travel that had been there more than 5 years. I have no idea what a competetor would have charged, but I'm happy with what I got.
