My technician name was Michael and he was very professional and explain every step he took to complete the job. It was really hot in that garage, but he didn't mind the heat even after I offered to plug my fan in the garage to keep him cool. He refused the fan and just kept working. Very nice young man and we were pleased with the outcome of the repair. Will keep them in my phone just in case we have other problems along the way and will pass his name and company to family and friends.
