Repair man could not repair gear box on opener. We reviewed option and I hired first call to remove old and install new opener. It was convenient that he was already here and price seemed reasonable. He also recommended replacing the 10 rollers. Charged for parts but no labor. It took less than 5 minutes to replace rollers. Installed r also balance door and lubricated springs. Door works great.

I would have rated 5 stars for everything, if Michael had told me about the 20% coupon, (up to $40), for 1st time callers, which can be found on their website. I found, or rather they responded to my info I put on Home Advisors, so I never went to a website, but agreed to meet Michael after he called to give an estimate to repair my double garage door.
