Michael was our technician and he was very helpful in fixing the problem promptly and he also recommended services to be done on the door in preparation for selling our home. We had a broken coil and the door would not go up, he fixed it quickly and without a problem. We have already recommended his company to another friend who had the same problem and they had a great experience as well. Great customer service.
