Spectrum Floors have been a customer for over 15 years. I had been assisted with great care and professionalism by all the staff, specially Mike who is currently the warehouse manager. Best customer service in the industry.
First time here and I arrived 5 mins before closing! Fortunately, Mike, the warehouse manager was awesome enough to grab the amount of wood glue I needed (12 buckets!) and load them all into my car. He stayed behind to help me, really appreciative of that! Great customer service.
