This bank is so far behind the times! No app , takes forever to get online with them , and few locations. Everytime I call , I get nothing but attitude and can't understand half of the people that answer! Get with the times , find better people. My husband has been there 13 years , after seeing how well my bank does he is finally switching !!!!! Go to a better bank if you like your insanity!
The FAB in Glen Ellyn is great and I especially enjoy working with Sean. Everyone is friendly and helpful and takes time to help, no matter how big or small the situation. Highly recommend this family owned bank!
