I have been banking with First American Bank for over 5 years, service at the Pulaski Branch has been great. I recently lost my debt card, I called to get a new one. I was charged a $10 replacement fee, I was told it would take about 3-4 business days to arrive. It’s been over 10 days and I haven’t received anything.
Mobile banking is always down when you need it. What's worse is I always have to call to unlock my account. Which yes you will get a call on Monday to unlock it.
My Health Savings Account fell into Dormant status for lack of use. First American Bank staff was very helpful assisting me to reactivate my account. Many thanks from this Yankee living far, far away here in The Great State of South Carolina.
I don't think ads making fun of abuse are funny. Do you?
When they work they work well, when they don't work it's awful. Currently I cannot withdraw, check or purchase anything with my account at the ATM, I can't even check my online account via phone to see what's wrong. It's a good bank but they need to revamp this policy of customer service not being open past 12 or so because this is getting ridiculous.
