Archaic technology, sub par service. I have had more issues with just their credit and debit cards than I have with all my other credit cards combined. There is no problem resolution from this bank and more times than I can count I've suffered the indignity of having their cards declined while there was thousands sitting in the account. Monday I will be closing my account. I'd do it today but it's 1950 in First American bank and their only open until noon.
Our whole family banks here. The tellers can't be more friendly and kind. Love the willingness of everyone to sit down and answer questions.
Lost purse. Old acct shut down. New acct not set up from 2/19. Bank mistake. 5 days later correction being made but they are not thinking they can accelerate anything. They said they would try.
I'm getting a little tired of the "Grandma" commercials on the radio. These spots make fun of grandma's Lithuanian accent. If you had a commercial with actors mocking Asian accents or had a person speaking as if he were in a minstrel show, there would be outrage. Yet your bank thinks it's cute to mock white Eastern European citizens. You need to end this campaign and stop offending people. I am shocked every time I hear these "cutesy" ads. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Not only does this bank not have enough branches on the South Side of Chicago they charge a fee for using another ATM and checking your balance at the ATM. Do your research bride opening an account here, I wish I did!
