The branch in glen ellyn has not returned my ATM card twice now. Also, I took 500 out before a vacation and went inside to change 20's for 100's and they would only give me two since I didn't bank there. This is a terrible bank with no care for anyone in the community.
I have been a First Am Bank customer since 1988. I don't think I have even had any negative experiences with them since the beginning of my banking relationship. If I have, the fingers on one hand would be too many. Thank you for your awesome service and dedication to your customers!
