It would've been great had I been notified that my debit card was compromised and shut off before I was halfway to my vacation destination, at a gas station, with no money, and on my way to do black Friday shopping. Notified being the key word. I missed out on my vacation plans, and my Christmas shopping. NOT a happy customer. NOT.
what a great bank and I couldn't be happier
I worked for First American Bank for two years. My experience with them has given me supreme doubt and disgust in the bloated and greedy system of banking. They are not the family and community bank they “strive” to be. While collecting fees from the people that can’t pay them, they will happily reverse any for someone with at least 10k; this is considered a good business decision.
