App is terrible Website is terrible After hours services are non existent
The customer service has declined significantly in the past year or so. I went to the drive up on a slow Saturday morning (zero customers at drive up and zero customers inside) and was forced to go inside because my transaction “may” take a little longer. In the entire time it took to process my transaction (3 minutes), ZERO people drove up and ZERO customers came inside. I find this absolutely ridiculous!! Apparently customer service isn’t among their priorities.
