I have had good and bad experiences. Recently more bad than good. They changed the amount going from my checking account to my loan to almost double what it should be without my knowledge or authorization.
Customer service always was good until lately. Two times I've waited and waited at the drive thru ( 55th and 37th location) while the teller finished phone call. More like waiting while the entire call was taken care of. Teller could call for help, I know my time was no more important than the person on the phone.. still....
I have been a member for many years and have always received great service. I hope you did not pay too much for one of the worst commercials that I have ever seen. After a all of the "Hey" s. I did not listen any more.
Was pleased when we initially opened our account. My opinion has definitely changed in the last few months. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. Especially the Byron location. I often wonder how the employees are even trained. I can do the same transaction every week and every week it's processed a different way. We are definitely going to be taking our business elsewhere.
