My favorite bank for 45 years and counting
Worst bank I've ever! They always need to go through someone else to get me an answer to any of my questions. Today was the final straw, they withdrew my car payment twice leaving my account with a negative balance. Its Saturday and I called right away at 8am, she of course had to check with someone else and call me back. After waiting around I called back again and she let me know a mistake has been made but nothing can be done until Monday and suggested I take out a line of credit with MY personal bank!!
