We have been customers of First Alliance for many years and I give them a 5 out of 5 stars for customer service, reliability, helpfulness, support, etc etc. I have had my credit card compromised at one point and they helped me through that process to get the unauthorized charges removed from our account. Had high interest rates from another bank and Kari from the Byron first alliance helped me merge my loans with an even lower interest rate than we both initially thought! The process was easy and everyone in the process made me feel like a member, not a number. I reallllly appreciated that! Definitely going through them for the rest of my loans! Thank you all!

I have banked with them since 2014 and they have been right there along side of me trough all of life's ups and downs. They are a great bank with great staff.
