I felt genuinely heard and understood, I don’t feel like Firm tried to push me to have more units of Botox than I wanted (or needed). The space is beautiful and clean. Everyone was warm & kind.
Greeted with a smile by my favorite injectionist, Barbara. She took me back and asked what I wanted , listened. Charted. Talked about my selections, told me what to expect and got to work! I walked out with a smile! Have been a client for 3 years and counting! Never disappointed!
Barbara is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She immediately made me feel comfortable and took a very medical, anatomy-based approach to treatment. Her injections are conservative and tailored to your goals. She listens and makes sure your concerns and preferences are heard. I appreciated her honest recommendations and natural-looking results. Highly recommend!
Barbara and Liz are the BEST there is! Incredible service, unbeatable prices and amazing results!
