Andrew, at Fireworks, kindly and expertly repaired a simple issue with a necklace for me and didn’t charge me. I’ve never had anything but exceptional service at Fireworks Gallery
I dropped off a pair of earrings to get repaired & the gentleman was kind & said the work would go in the queue & would likely be ready the next day (which 100% fine I had to wait for payday anyways which was the next day so i was happy). I got a message later the SAME DAY that they were ready & he remembered me mentioning picking up later & was reassuring it was still 100% okay. All in all I hope to not break more jewelery but I know where to go for a quality & kind & expedient repair!
My beloved cremation locket broke recently that contained the ashes of my dog Comet. Comet was my soul dog, my bestest friend and that locket is the most special item I own. I entrusted her to FireWorks Gallery for repairs in the capable and artistic hands of Andrew. I couldn't have chosen a better place to entrust with my dearest dog.
