I never write reviews but I felt I had to after the most incredible experience I had here. My partner and I came in looking for an engagement ring and I had no idea what I wanted. Lyndsay and Catherine were so helpful and made the process feel special. It was such a welcoming and friendly environment and we left with the most perfect ring. I can’t recommend fireworks gallery enough. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in any store.
Walked in today just out of curiosity and I received the most calm and helpful advise for a special ring I have ever received. Even after I mentioned I was just looking around with curiosity, the lady helping me kept all her focus on me and made me feel so comfortable with something so personal. I hope my ring is from here
I love this place and these people. Every single person I dealt with is amazing. I came to them after having a horrible experience somewhere else and they made me feel so welcomed and gave me confidence that things will be okay. I started from scratch on designing a new engagement ring. Everything was seamless. It was such an enjoyable process. Very friendly and helpful. The store itself is clean and nicely laid out. Unlike other jewelry stores, FireWorks Gallery does not feel uppity or snobby. Instead, it is a welcoming place that serves a range of needs. The person that helped me was Andrea and she was excellent.
