Terrible customer service. Fraudulent advertising and rude workers. I had a 34.99 coupon for an oil change yet ended up paying $60. Apparently an oil change at firestone doesn't include the oil filter. I was charged 5.99 extra for the filter and $3 to throw out my old filter and I guess the rest of the money they stole from me was to pay for the workers meth and crack. NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE AGAIN!
I have been a client at this Firestone since 2004. They have done excellent work on my vehicles. Very good customer service.

They suck!!!!! I have long list of complaints. I wish I had time to tell all. Will not return. And stuck with thing I already paid for. Will have to fine some place to go.

I have gone to other places thinking I was getting a better deal and WOW I was wrong! I have bought 2 tires and had an oil change and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome they are! I won't go anywhere else from now on. Great prices awesome customer service super convenient location and hours! You will be very happy you chose to bring your car here!
