completed appalled. Had my husband take my SUV to work to use his boss' diagnostic runner since my check engine light came on over the weekend...well it was completely out of oil and i just had an oil change done by this store!
Got in , got my car serviced, and get my problem solved .
Unfortunately, I wasn't even able to become a customer tonight. As I was turned away at 5:58pm when they close at 7 and all I needed was a basic oil change. I was the only customer inside and there was 1 cat being worked on. not impressed for my first visit, and probably last honestly.

I love this store! Yesterday, I stopped in to inquire about a sound coming from my front end and had no appointment. Not only did the tech fix my problem with no charge, he seemed to really care that I was upset about it. I drive a 2006 and as a teacher I can no way afford a new vehicle or expensive car repairs...just So so grateful. This isn't the first time this store has treated me in such a way. They will always have my business. <3
