firestone gave me my car back from an oil change with almost NO OIL in it. car isn't leaking oil so I know they did this. they also did a vehicle inspection, but on my report afterwords it said that my flat 6 motor was an 4 cylinder, they didn't even open my hood, they just drained fluid out. this was back in April, and they haven't tried to make it right since. basically intentionally damaged my car

I’ve been calling your “cooperate” off a week bc You location on Northwoods Blvd . I purchased 4 brand new tires and also received a oil change after getting my engine begin to knock I took my car back the next day and was told by your mechanic “ it’s normal “ I know better I never had any issues with my car until your company touch my vehicle. RecommendedI absolutely love this facility and the workers. The service righters were amazing, not trying to nickle and dime you and are honest. Customer Service is great. My truck had Cylinder 6 Misfire and I asked them to check something else, they found other issues and wanted to make sure I was safe. Service writers called me by name and laughed with me while I waited. Best part was when I was leaving the 2nd Service Writer stopped me to say bye and thanked me for using Firestone. Deleted my last post about Jacob he was a bad apple in my opinion. Billy and his crew are awesome. Always make you feel welcomed. Estimates from him are usually spot on. Just had my oil change done my service tech was great asked about the filter before replacing it and updated me on how much longer and had Billy run me a quote for 4 new tires on my wife’s van and scheduled that for the following wed at 9am.
