Emmitt was awesome customer service. :-) he was very polite and answered all my questions
I picked up a bolt on the highway and needed to replace a tire. They had the tire I needed in stock. They were able to get it mounted and get me in my way in 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and I'll go back when it's time to buy tires.
The service was fine at the time of my oil change and tire rotation. It wasn't until my next oil change (at a different place) that I was told my drain plug was oversized and they couldn't remove it. Firestone had stripped the threads on the drain and replaced it with an oversized plug without telling me. This now greatly limits where I can change my oil.
