We have had issues the last four times we have gone there will never go there again messed up my sons truck and two of my cars!
AWFUL!! I got 2 new tires, which they installed incorrectly and didnt tell me that the other 2 had "nails and stuff" in them until i picked my car up (& they were closing in 5 minutes). I paid for an oil change and tire rotation - my tires weren't rotated and my car is suddenly LEAKING OIL!!
Bad service lazy people will not be back i can give my money to someone else!
Never take take a car to Firestone on McCain for any type of service. We were in a pinch last week before our trip so I told my wife to take her car here. Long story short, they charged 112$ for an oil change and apparently it's been leaking since they changed it. We had a pool of oil in our garage this morning so I took it up there, apparently the oil filter was leaking. I've spent 45 minutes here waiting for it now and asked the manager Chaz what he would do for me for the trouble. He told me nothing, he's going to fix it ... read more
