10/24/2020 - 2:30pm McCain Blvd N Little Rock AR. Workers on the clock, in uniform, standing in open bay/garage door yelling names & obscenities at people across the street, waving signs. Not good for business 😥😥

We had a pretty bad streak of luck. Tonight out of nowhere 3 of our 4 tires ended up having knots on them. We had only had the tires for a year and a half, no alignment issues, I'm guessing just poor quality tires from the factory. We arrived at Walmart at 5:45pm in Hope's of buying 3 tires and have them put on. Long story short we were turned away because of lazy people who didn't want to work. We went to Firestone, they not only had 3 tires in stock but they had us back on the road in less that 30 minutes. I can't thank th... read more

I recommend them for tires but not oil changes. no point going into detail.
They do a good job n stand behind it.

You should probably go elsewhere. Besides the price, this location was too focused on driving sales instead of helping me. I'm not in a good place to afford certain extensive Auto Care, and they seemed dramatically irritated that I wasn't sure about dropping half a grand on the spot. -They "lost my ticket," so I waited two hours in the lobby for an oil change even after asking about my vehicle's status, which was sitting out front. -The receptionist was really good at clicking her nails on the counter while I did some math a... read more
