This location is great. The customer service is phenomenal and so is the manager Danny, as well as all of the Staff. I pass up 1 other location just to come here.
spent 2600 replacing sensors catillac converter cleaning fuel systems and changing fuel intake ..couple weeks later had the same problem brought it in And another sensor supposedly went out and that was replaced as well.. a week later same problem ...and refuse to help or look at...don't make the same mistake as I ..definitely find somewhere else to take vehicle ..
I was there for 3 hours to have tires put on my SUV. I was told that I needed an alignment on the front and back. Unbeknownst to me, I had an alignment done on the front, not more than a week ago after my tire rods were replaced. So I either the first shop didn't do a good job or I was swindled out of money by Firestone. The customer service reps were great and friendly.
I took my truck in to get a patch on my tire. I ran over a nail. Low pressure light when on. I found the nail. I took it in on Sunday morning. I told the associate what the deal was. They looked at it. They said the nail was in a spot that they couldn't fix. Their resolution? They tried to sell me a tire for almost $500. No thanks. I just got back from getting my tire patched at a tire shop. It took less than 10 minutes for them to do the job. Strong work there Firestone.
