so today i had an appointment to get a oil change. we waited 30 min and I went back and asked when will I get my car taken back. he said well my technician is not in. well why do you give me appointment for 8am if you do not have someone to do it? he said I didn't make your appointment! well im so sorry Eugene but I need to go to work and now i will be late. He did get my car in 10 minutes later and I was late to work. I will.never use the Bryant Irvin location again. Hippo where are you when I need you??

I brought my car in to get an oil change and they did do it within the time they said they would. But later at home I noticed that my key chain had been removed from my keys. When I called to question them about it they told me to look on the floor for it because no one would admit they had it there. Like most people I don’t apperciate being treated like I’m stupid and told the representive that. RecommendedI brought my car in close to closing time with a flat tire. They were so nice and helpful. They found the source of my problem, took the tire off, only to see that it was shredding on the inside as well. They helped pick a new tire and had me back rolling in no time. All in the rain! Take all of your tire and car needs to Firestone Overton Ridge. They will take care of you! Also....it was so CLEAN! Very pleasant to wait for your car.
Customer Service was fantastic!! And I was in and out within a 1/2 hour with two new tires. Price was affordable as well.
I wanted a closer and reliable garage service from the competitor on McCart in Fort Worth, so my review is about the closer to me that I like. My battery life was ending. Firestone noticed the oil leak that needed attention. I will be careful about the add ons. That's concerning. So far I will come back.
