I wish I could give more than five stars! I was traveling from Michigan to Pigeon Forge and, of course, got a flat tire!!! I ran something over back in Cinci, but it didn't start to lose air until mid-Kentucky. I called around to multiple places and got the run around...my last hope was Firestone. The service was great and the employees are nice and willing to help their customers. As a college student, I recommend going if you have car troubles.
All employees have been professional and willing to work with me on repairs vs budget. Yes some items are more expensive but that is offset by the awesome warranties. My car is a weird 2003/2004 combo so parts are an issue. The guys went above and beyond to find correct higher grade parts when I needed a major repair. Occasionally a mechanic will make a little mistake, like bumping a cable out, but they promptly correct it for free when I bring it back.
Just bought 4 new tires amd paid close to $500 & the second I got on the interstate and increased my speed,I noticed my steering wheel was vibrating and front-end was very noisy...I called back to tell them it sounded like the tires weren't balanced and would like to bring my car back ASAP so they could check my tires thr man said it would be 2 days before they could look at it....SERIOUSLY! ?!?
