Today August 25,2021 the manager of Clinton Hwy Knoxville TN made a stupid comment to my wife saying don’t hit curbs or pot holes. Sounded like a comment because she is a woman. When we bought new tires we got the lifetime alignment and have been in 3 times for alignment. Funny thing is a guy was there when I got the tires said it was his 3rd time for alignment. Wish I would have listened but I gave them a chance because things happen but now I wonder.
I have always taken my car to Firestone because it just always works out that I get my tires through them, so naturally with a care package I just get the oil changed with rotations. I have had issues with up selling but the one of Clinton hwy is much better about not doing that to me as much (or at least isn’t pushy). I like the people who work the front. I purchased 4 brand new tires and also received a oil change after getting my engine begin to knock I took my car back the next day and was told by your mechanic “ it’s normal “ I know better I never had any issues with my car until your company touch my vehicle. RecommendedFirestone is the go to place for whatever ails your car. My husband and I have used Firestone for 40 years for all our vehicles. We have used several different locations throughout those years. About a month ago I purchased 4 new tires. Today I saw a nail in my front tire and took my car back to Firestone. The tire couldn’t be repaired so they ordered a new tire from another store. There was no charge, as I had purchased road hazard policy. Can't say enough good things about this place! We have been taking our vehicles there for a number of years. Not only are they reasonable price wise but they are honest. You hear all kinds of stories where things are done to your car that are not needed. These folks will make recommendations and let you decide. Love the fact my wife can go in and get the same exact treatment as any guy. They don't take advantage of anyone. If something isn't right, they make it right. Hats off to a great group of people!
