2 parts- Part 1- My mother had tires mounted here. Aparently they don't know how to put lug nuts on because they butchered the threads on 9 of them. Part 2- My mother tried to order another set of tires. Lied to my mother about the products they were ordering her. Lied to me about lying to her. Refused to return the product that they ordered wrong. Finally "returned" the product. Now my money has disapeared.
Literally the worst mechanic I've ever been to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
THE WORST PLACE EVER. I wouldn’t take a kids cozy coupe to these “mechanics”!!! The “store manager” is literally no help, unless you want to be talked down to. They will con you into buying life time alignments with them that they CAN’T even do. They can’t align trucks with lift kits, but they sure will tell you they can. So pretty much after everything is said and done they told us we needed to take the lift kit off my fiancé’s truck because his tie rods are maxed out?! �� Pete’s alignment is getting our alignment done for ... read more
My car overheated on I-75, by the time that a tow truck arrived, most auto shops were closed. I was lucky that Firestone was still open. I was lucky enough to find that they were open. They drove us to a nearby hotel and paid for our stay. Johnathon and Andy were especially helpful
Johnathon was absolutely incredible! He was super kind and extremely helpful. He is a really great guy, I definitely recommend him.
I just moved to the area and had an unfixable flat. Jonathon was super helpful, got my new tire on and me out the door. Very friendly staff... Busy lobby. Will continue to do business here!
