Randi was amazing! Super efficient and provided great service putting my front shield back on my car! Definitely recommend you go see him!
The manager is very professional, and detail.
I went to another Firestone location first that was closer but they weren’t able to service my specific need so they recommended I call the Centerpoint location. Randal had my vehicle pulled up quickly when I called, and said they could get to it as soon as I arrived. It’s a little farther location but I will probably call them first next time. Great service from staff.
They were so helpful great personality it didn't matter how busy they are today on a Saturday each and every customer still get the same great customer service
