I highly recommend Dr. Kara. I see her for nutrition and she is amazing. She practices muscle testing (Applied kinesiology) and is able to determine which supplements and foods are best for my particular body and which ones to avoid. She has been invaluable during my pregnancy. Super grateful for her services. Highly recommend. 👍
As both a clinician and a patient, Firestone Chiropractic and Wellness receives my highest praise. Being a physical therapist in the area, it is refreshing to have a clinic I can refer my patients to when I know their full recovery requires a watchful eye from another cog in the rehabilitation/maintenance wheel. As a patient who benefits immensely from routine chiropractic and nutritional monitoring, I can say without hesitation that Kara and Yori are experts in a their field. Not to mention they're both super sweet!
Really listens to your needs. She spends the extra time with you that most chiropractors do not. I really enjoy my experience at Dr. Firestone's. I have seen other chiropractors and not had as good results. I see her just for regular maintenance care to stay in the best health I can. She is a great asset! Thanks Dr. Kara!
Even when she moved from Waltham (where I live) to Woburn, I followed her. Yup, she's that good. I have had back and knee issues, and she know what to work on to help.
