I have said many things personally to the fire rock staff, it's in one ear and out the other. As a member I have to say this place needs a overhaul.
Just had a wonderful meal, the filet was so incredibly tender cooked to perfection! Loved the crabcake, terrific!- Service was awesome good wine reccomendation, and management came to our table twice to check on us. That is how it is done!
Loved our food and atmosphere, just wish our server had more knowledge of the menu!! Would of made our experience that much better!!! We will return!!

Great place to eat food is vantastic
The fire rock is great every time I travel to Grand Rapids I must stop. All of the staff is friendly and willing to wait on you even if you are not sitting at thier table. Great bartenders are at the bar to make you that special drink. A must have is the firerock steaks that just melt in your mouth!
I love firerock! Sooo much better than any chain restaurant and the food is amazing! Nice atmosphere!
