Great selection and helpful staff. Though I was a little mislead when I was told that the fireplace that I purchased had a heating element and found that not to be the case whenI got it home. Because I felt I received a good deal on the floor model of a discontinued item and I was really looking for an aesthetic piece, I didn't make a big deal about it.
