Frank came out to do a repair and got out fireplace working after months of being blown off by a different company. He took the time to clean everything so it looks brand new. He made sure the fireplace would start a few times before departing.

we bought a napolean fireplace from this place. it doesn't always light. they sent out someone to clean it. he did a nice job cleaning it but nothing else. three visits to fix it, with accompanying charges, and it still doesn't work. the napolean fireplace is a piece of crap and so is the service

Best selection of units on display we found in our area. We went with an electric model and had a very difficult time getting accurate availability information from the manufacturer and ended up waiting two months until Amy pulled some strings and secured our unit from out-of-state. Amy was equally frustrated during the covid disruption but hung in there with us and made sure we were taken care of.
We have used Fireplace Warehouse twice now. The quality of the product is superb, the customer service is fantastic and our overall experience has been great. The installers went above and beyond for us during the installation. It was a pleasure working with Al Long in the office. He was very patient with us as our closing kept getting delayed. We are very satisfied with the entire process and highly recommend this company and it's products! We will continue to use them for all our needs.

Just went and picked out our new gas insert. Faye was amazing! She knew the product and had a great sense of humor. We will post more as our project proceeds.
