Was just in there to much joking around with each other stood at counter waiting to order girl wasn't paying attention joking around with other workers foul language food was good but sandwich wasn't cut all the way

For some reason I received a hot cold cut. Who warms up a cold cut sandwich??? Its all warm and mushy and every bite I take is mostly bread with the back of the sandwich falling out bc its so soggy and mushy and warm. Disgusting. First time trying firehouse subs and I won't be returning.
Staff is not friendly what so ever, pissed me off
