This place has gone down hill since opening. My husband and I have gone here many times and we have recommended this restaurant to our friends. Unfortunately every time we go the experience is worse. The food that lacks quality and taste does not match the environment of the restaurant. After continual disappointment we will not be returning.

I have been to Firebird s several times. I was happy to witness improvement. My birthday dinner was excellent. Mary, our server, did an excellent job taking care of us-3 adults & 3 children. We brought our own birthday cake. She helped us navigate the serving of the cake & the opening of the gifts.
Great food, atmosphere and service! Had chicken fried grouper and my guest had the Superfood Salad (way too much to eat)
Using a $10 off birthday certificate it was always a wonderful meal as usual had the fire wood salmon garlic mashed potatoes seasoned vegetables wonderful atmosphere also
This review was for our visit on Wednesday October 5th. Delicious Food and Excellent Service. Our waitress stated it was her first time on the floor by herself and she was Fabulous. She kept our tea and waters filled and quickly provided any items we requested like extra napkins and lemons. Our table has the Prime Rib, Parmesan Maui, Wood grilled Salmon and the Meatloaf. Love the spicy croutons with the Caesar Salad. Will definitely be back the next time we are back in town
Very good meal (prime rib) for Ontario folk very Keg ish atmosphere, service was prompt and very friendly, wasn’t a big fan of black cherries in my Manhattan though.
