Excellent customer service! Went to use my $10 off an entree coupon that they sent me for my birthday and the manager came by and asked me to try to their cheesecake creme brûlée on the house! I asked for a Togo box because I couldn’t finish the dessert and they gave me a box with more cheesecake🤤🙌🏼😍
The food was incredible and our waiter Daniel did a wonderful job. if you go in to eat talk to Skylar super nice guy and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. We will be back for sure

Dear Firebirds, Your casual eatery located for convenience within an outdoor shopping mall is not worth a 3 hour wait. You had open tables; I am disappointed that you chose to left them unfilled on a Friday night. we will not be returning, and please consider some training in positivity for your hostesses. You dont need two employees to casually chat while they turn away customers. Zero stars...service only.

We really love having date nights at Firebirds. Amazing steak and easily best Caesar salad anywhere. Last night we stopped in for wings and a drink at the bar. There was an extremely rude unruly customer shouting and making a ridiculous scene on the patio. The manager Victor came out, diffused the situation, and apologized to us for the “show.” We felt really bad listening to the guy yelling at him because Firebirds is always delicious, and always a great experience. We ❤️ Firebirds!
The Tenderloin steak salad was fabulous! Highly recommend it!
