They had a Veterans special and the place was packed! Service was a fiasco. One mistake after another. Only because I know this is not the norm do I not write a bad review. They made it all right and the food was very good under the circumstances. We’ll go back. We’re faithful customers.

The food was very good and excellently cooked! I had the Salmon wood fire grill and Ray had the Rib eye which was all excellent!
Not one to usually write a review, but I felt like the manager Jen went over and above. We placed an order through DoorDash. The wrong order was delivered. I called to inform Firebirds, and they could have easily pawned it off on DoorDash and had me figure it out through them. Instead they remade our order and had someone deliver it along with $30 for the inconvenience. Will definitely continue to order from Firebirds because of such great customer service.

RecommendedMy husband and I came here last to celebrate our anniversary, and loved it! Great atmosphere, excellent and courteous staff all around, and the food was excellent. Our waiter helped us with great drink options that worked with our rather restrictive diets as well, which was nice.
